Duratuf supplies GlobaVolt electrical insulating rubber mats, manufactured and tested to IEC 61111:2009, for use in substations, HT/LT control panels, switchgear rooms, transformer rooms and MCC rooms where electrical shock protection is required.

Available across five voltage classes:

• Class 0: 1.0 kV max use voltage, 5 kV AC proof, 10 kV withstand, 2.0 mm recommended thickness
• Class 1: 7.5 kV max use voltage, 10 kV AC proof, 20 kV withstand, 2.0 mm recommended thickness
• Class 2: 17.0 kV max use voltage, 20 kV AC proof, 30 kV withstand, 3.0 mm recommended thickness
• Class 3: 26.5 kV max use voltage, 30 kV AC proof, 40 kV withstand, 4.0 mm recommended thickness
• Class 4: 36.0 kV max use voltage, 40 kV AC proof, 50 kV withstand, 5.0 mm recommended thickness

Mechanical puncture resistance 70 N (min), slip resistance 50 N (min), flame retardant (does not catch fire), no cracking at minus 25°C, acid and oil resistant (mechanical values retained above 75% after exposure), operating range minus 25°C to plus 55°C. Anti-skid top surface, black finish standard. Stock rolls 1.0 m wide by 10 m long, custom thickness up to 14 mm and custom widths/lengths available on request.
