A must-visit place in Kolkata, the Victoria Memorial is one of the most glorious monuments of India. It is constructed with beautiful white marble on the Maidan in Central Kolkata and is dedicated to Queen Victoria, Empress of India from 1876 to 1901. Spread across acres of land, this opulent white marble structure is surrounded by well-maintained gardens.
