Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with a proven track record of managing and inspiring sales teams to achieve exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in sales and marketing management, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer relationship management, and strategic sales planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the sales and marketing team to enhance productivity and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals.
• Manage and deepen relationships with key clients, while expanding the customer base.
• Oversee market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
• Direct and oversee the company's marketing function to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Enhance brand awareness and positioning through sustained marketing efforts.
• Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to guarantee 
• that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
• Report directly to the senior management and participate in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing management, ideally in the advertising industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate.
