1. Responsible for enrollment of 100 Mechanics & 60 Retailes to meet in FDFR
2. Responsible for increase of MLP Points / Fitment of the company Product
3. Reach a Points Collection of 30,000/- in his Area in 3 Months of the joining.
4. His working will be reviewed in 3 month
5. There is a probation period of 6 Months completion of Probation added benefits
6. Responsible for doing surveys and market research on a continuous basis to
understand the mindset of mechanics by occasionally traveling with his teams in
different regions.
7. Responsible for taking regular review meetings of his teams in hierarchy.
