Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel felicitated at Raj Bhavan today 6 officers who made outstanding contribution in the Limca Book of Records 2022-23 for the record of Largest Collective Reading-Single Theme-Multiple Venue. The Governor presented the officers with a certificate of appreciation and a copy of the certificate issued by the Limca Book of Records. The officers who were honoured included Additional Chief Secretary Higher Education Shri KC Gupta, Principal Secretary School Education Smt. Rashmi Arun Shami, the then Secretary to the Governor Shri Manohar Dubey, Press Officer to the Governor Shri Ajay Verma and Librarian of Raj Bhavan Shri Amit Dixit. Shri Abhay Verma, Additional Secretary to the then Governor, was not personally present in the programme as he was out of the headquarters.
