Construction Projects involve multiple parties, including employers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, engineers, and suppliers, who all work together with a common objective.  

Despite planning everything very carefully, disagreements occur because every project involves technical and contractual obligations that must be fulfilled over a particular period of time. 

Delay in even a single activity or a misunderstanding over certain contractual responsibilities, can quickly affect the progress of the entire project.
