Earlier, talent movement across verticals involved long cycles, repetitive verifications, and skill redundancies. Chakravarthy streamlined this process by integrating global skill profiles, learning records, and performance feedback into a centralized grid. With this, project leaders can view available talent organization-wide and tap into specialized skills even outside their vertical. This agility has improved bench utilization, project turnaround times, and overall delivery accuracy.
