A free eye check-up camp was organised at Raj Bhavan on World Glaucoma Day. Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel also got his eyes tested in the camp. The Governor inaugurated the camp by lighting the lamp and cutting the ribbon. He administered pledge to eye specialist physicians to create public awareness regarding glaucoma. Along with this, he obtained information from the doctors regarding treatment of the disease and eye care. Governor Shri Patel also discussed with the citizens who came for eye test in the camp. It is notable that on World Glaucoma Day, a free eye check-up camp was organised at Sandipani Auditorium of Raj Bhavan.
