Hello! I am Shifa Meherally. I specialise in working with individuals on their journey of self reflection and improving their self esteem and confidence, forming fulfilling relationships with themselves and other's  with a positive approach.  Struggling with anxiety, depression, insomnia, work life balance, relationships can be challenging and no one is exempted from life challenges but they are not meant to be dealt with alone.
My area's expertise includes working with young adults and geriatric concerns this may include depression, insomnia, anxiety, relationships, work life balance, body image issues. I also work with the LGBTIQA+ community, children and young adults.
To understand my background i have completed my Master's in Clinical Psychology  and worked with several NGOs as well. To expand my area's of understanding i am pursuing my diploma in special needs education.
